Each resort here pairs a luxury hotel with a gaming floor that is regulated, entered and experienced very differently.

So we score them twice. The resort score judges rooms, dining, pools, service, access and value. The casino score judges the floor itself — game range, premium rooms, atmosphere, rules and player protection, and how clearly rewards are explained. We never blend the two, and a strong casino score is never an invitation to gamble.

Do you take bookings or bets?

No. Resortstays by Kaions publishes reviews and guides only. We do not sell rooms, take wagers, link to operators or accept commissions, bonuses or free stays in exchange for coverage.

Why are the resort score and casino score separate?

Because they answer different questions. A superb hotel can sit above an ordinary casino, and the reverse. We never combine the two, and a high casino score is an assessment of the venue, not a recommendation to gamble.

What is the minimum age to enter these casinos?

It is 21 in Singapore, Macau and the Philippines, and 18 at Crown Sydney in New South Wales. Photo identification is required, and local rules can exclude other groups — for example, students of Philippine schools may not play under PAGCOR rules.

Do visitors pay to enter the casino in Singapore?

Foreign visitors do not. Singapore citizens and permanent residents pay a state entry levy — S$150 per 24 hours or S$3,000 per year at the time of writing — which is intended as a social safeguard.

Which casino game has the lowest house edge?

Among the games we cover, a banker bet in baccarat and the small or big bet in sic bo are among the lower-edge options, but every casino game carries a built-in house edge. No system or strategy overcomes it over time.
